Do you have free WIFI?

Yes, we have a public WIFI that does not require a password

Am I able to photograph or film the exterior of Wherstead Park?

You are permitted to take pictures of the exterior of Wherstead Park. if you share your photos on social media, don’t forget to mention us! For filming requests, please contact us on bookings@whersteadpark.co.uk.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking (including the use of electronic e-cigarettes) is not permitted within the Wherstead Park. Dedicated smoking areas will be advised by the Events Team on request.

How do I get to the venue?

We’re conveniently located close to the A14, A12 and easily accessible to Ipswich Train Station with connections to London, Norwich and Cambridge

Is there a drop off/pick up point for taxis?

Guests can be dropped off right outside the entrance

Are there parking facilities available for all types of vehicles onsite?

We have ample of free onsite parking for you and your guests. We have hard standing car park for 300+ and a field overflow parking facility.

Do you have a cloakroom or storage facilities?

This can be arranged for your event, speak to our events team regarding all of your specific requirements for your event

Are dogs allowed in the venue?

We welcome guide dogs, hearing dogs and other assistance dogs at Wherstead Park. No other pets are permitted unless by arrangement with our clients.

Do you have loading facilities?

Please speak to your events manager regarding this as, depending on which areas you need access to, we can best direct suppliers to the closest access for loading/unloading etc.

Do you have any outside space that we can use?

Yes, our corporate outdoor events include our weatherproof witch-hat tipi and stretch tent located on the croquet lawn overlooking the beautiful rose garden and Mansion. Here’s a taster of what you can expect here.
