Paul draws on over 20 years of ‘hands on’ experience in the hospitality industry, 19 years of which have been dedicated to honing his skills as a committed chef across hotels, restaurants and event catering. Paul’s career has also seen him involved in food development, where he has worked closely with some of Suffolk’s premier food producers and restaurants.
